Services We Provide
The safe and smooth running of an event is extremely important to organisers and customers of public festivals, concerts and other projects. Our staff always undertake training before commencing work with us to ensure that Health and Safety requirements and specific client contract conditions are achieved.
Prior to each event we will:
- Attend the venue and conduct a formal documented risk assessment
- Prepare a operational plan which will be agreed by the client and include site specific instructions
- Assign an operations manager for the day-to-day running of the event
- Ensure all staff are briefed as to their event responsibilities
- Ensure all staff are briefed on the Health and Safety risk assessments for the venue and the event
- Ensure all staff are issued with the required Personal Protective Equipment and event specific identification
We undertake all aspects of special events and stewarding security both indoors or outdoors.
