RGM was founded in 2014 with a view of bringing our specialist security knowledge to local businesses with security needs. So how do we do this?

With over 19 years experience in the specialist security industry, Rebecca’s expertise and understanding of customers need has ensured that RGM remains a strong and loyal companion to our clients, and a strong competitor in the market. Her extensive knowledge of the security sector is mirrored by the unrivalled quality of service she presents to clients and employees alike. Co-founder and key member of the RGM team, Rebecca brings passion, dedication and determination to each project to ensure that the maximum security potential is being met.

She has provided security to distinguished individuals such as famous artists, sporting stars, and even certain Lords and Ladies.
She set up an innovative security strategy that gained massive media attention and which is still running to this day.
With over 13 years experience in the industry and a strong background in High Court Enforcement, Gemma brings a wealth of knowledge to the team. Co-founder and key member of RGM, Gemma directs and leads with the utmost precision all internal security and legal processes ensuring that our quality of service is second to none. Gemma heads up our HR Department and gets us through our ACS accreditation year after year which is by no means an easy feat. Compliance and adherence to best practice guidelines is key to RGM’s continued success and Gemma constantly has her finger on the business pulse when it comes to meeting the highest levels of industry standards.

- She was granted Bailiff Certification during her time within the Law Enforcement Industry and assisted with the development of a new department, specialising in enforcing High Court Writs of Possession & Rent distraints along with other debt related Commercial Services.
- She has successfully managed the operation of a Residential Security Scheme protecting high profile & prestigious properties in London.
- She specialises in recruiting the best quality Security staff which led us to winning an Award in Visionary Leadership.
